GF 2020 in Chengjiang opens for registration at 15:00 today

As announced via our various social media channels, at 15:00 Beijing time today, we open the registration for the single-day Colourful Yunnan Granfondo Cycling Festival in Chengjiang on Sunday, 29 November. Due to the ongoing prevention measures adopted by local authorities, the race of 108 km will be limited to 300 people. Those 300 slots will be handed out this afternoon on a first come, first serve basis.

Anyone interested in joining our event must be aware of the conditions of entry, and in particular the requirement to come to Chengjiang, near Yuxi and Kunming at the Fuxian Lake, armed with a so-called NAT certificate that determines you have tested negative for covid 19. If you are unwilling or in no position to take such a test in the three days before the race, please do not register. There will be no discussion at the race office in Chengjiang. This is a strict order from the authorities.

Participants will also be required to arrive at the event hotel in Chengjiang no later than Saturday at 11 a.m.
